The Best in Pediatric Care
Your child deserves the best care. You deserve the peace of mind. Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic is the largest pediatric group in the Northwest Arkansas area with 15 pediatricians and a pediatric nurse practitioner. Our clinic features separate well child and urgent care facilities.

Pediatrics is a branch of medicine dealing with the development, care, and diseases of children. All of the physicians at Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic are pediatricians and have completed three years of specialized medical training in pediatrics. Our pediatricians are board certified or board eligible by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Drs. Joe T. Robinson and Terry Payton founded the Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic in 1983 to provide comprehensive care for children from infancy to adolescence. Comprehensive pediatric care at NWAPC includes the following services:

Pediatric Care

Pediatrics is a branch of medicine dealing with the development, care, and diseases of children. All of the physicians at Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic are pediatricians and have completed three years of specialized medical training in pediatrics.

Well Child Care Clinic

Preventative health care can be the most effective care we provide. We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics’ well-child exam schedule.

To insure that our patients do not become unnecessarily exposed to contagious diseases when visiting the doctor, the well-child care clinic has a separate waiting area and exam rooms. Look for the blue bears on the north side of the building for the well child care clinic.

Urgent Care Clinic

When your child is sick, you want him or her to be cared for as soon as possible. At NWAPC, we understand your concern. The Urgent Care Clinic is dedicated to treating those children who are ill. We strive to see sick children the day an appointment is requested.

Our Urgent Care Clinic is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic has extended hours to care for our patients who are acutely sick on weekday evenings 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. - noon. New patients can request an appointemnt at the urgent care clinic Tuesday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. We appologize, but we do not see new patients at the urgent care clinic on Monday, evening clinics or Saturday.

Look for the red bears on the west side of the building for the urgent care clinic.

Newborn Care

We provide newborn care at Washington Regional Medical Center and at Willow Creek Women’s Hospital. We provide comprehensive follow-up for your newborn.

Lactation Consultation

The more you know about breast feeding, the more successful and enjoyable experience you will have with your baby. Feeding not only gives your baby nourishment from food, but also gives him or her a sense of security. Our lactation consultant, Allison Scott, A.P.N., I.B.C.L.C., is available to help parents succeed in breastfeeding.
