Tooth and Mouth Injuries

• If your child falls and tears the frenulum (small piece of tissue between the lip and gum) of his upper lip, there may be some bleeding and soreness.  This is a minor injury and requires no treatment once the bleeding is stopped.
• Contact your Dentist if your child injures his mouth and has a loose, bleeding, or missing tooth.
