Urinary tract infections
A urinary tract infection is an infection of the bladder or kidneys and needs to be treated with antibiotics.
Symptoms may include any of the following:
- Burning or pain with urination
- Going more frequently
- Feeling a need to urinate, but not producing much urine
- Abdominal or back pain
- Fever
- Vomiting
- Having wetting accidents
- Blood in the urine
Call or make an appointment online if you are concerned that your child has a urinary tract infection.
Antibiotics will not be called in to the pharmacy. Your child needs to be examined for appropriated diagnosis and treatment. |
