Tim W. Grear, MD
"Children are our sacred resource. We cannot do enough for them or have meaningful lives without them."

Right- Dr. Grear plays the guitar for his children.

Dr. Tim Grear has been a pediatrician in Northwest Arkansas since 1989 and joined NWA Pediatric Clinic in 1992. His bachelor’s degree was completed at Rice University, Texas. Before attending medical school, he contributed to the Statistical Research Center, did post graduate work in neurophysiology and, a long time ago, was a systems engineer for I.B.M. Dr. Grear’s medical school training was completed at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He did his internship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire and residency at the University of Texas.

Dr. Grear’s family includes Daniel, Molly, and his wife, Danna who is a clinical breast radiologist. His passions are his family and stringed instruments. If he is not at the clinic, you can often find him at his other business, Blue Moon Music, playing the guitar.
